What’s Inside Panic Free Group Coaching?

Are your fear habits secretly fueling your panic, worry, and intrusive thoughts?

Consider these 3 stories:

  • The executive assistant: She was driving home from the law firm, her day filled with urgent deadlines. Halfway down the freeway, her chest tightened, her vision blurred, and she was certain she would go beserk. That first panic attack changed everything. Now she avoids the freeway altogether, taking backroads that add 30 minutes to her drive. Fear rewrote her routine.

  • The teacher: Another woman stands before her fifth graders. She loves teaching, but lately she dreads the classroom. A single thought haunts her: What if I get lightheaded and faint in front of them? The fear steals her focus, drains her energy, and leaves her bracing for the next wave of panic.

  • The stay-at-home mom: And then there’s the mom at the soccer field. Her six-year-old son is all smiles, cleats untied, waving for her to watch. But she’s gripped by fear of wide-open spaces. Too many Saturdays she stays home, telling her family she’s “not feeling well.” Her son plays without her cheering, her husband grows discouraged, and guilt tightens its grip.

Different women. Different fears. But the same prison. Anxiety. Panic. Worry. Intrusive thoughts.

If this sounds like your story—or a chapter of it—I want you to know: it doesn’t have to end here.

What Is Panic Free Group Coaching?

Panic Free Group Coaching is an 8-week, Christ-centered, neuro-informed program designed for women who are ready for more than just coping.

Whether you are:

  • The capable, high-achieving woman who holds everything together but lies awake with worry…

  • Or the quiet woman who longs to slip out from under fear’s shadow and step into peace…

This program is for you.

This isn’t about quick fixes or empty promises. It’s about walking step by step, with Scripture and support, renewing your mind and stepping into the peace Jesus promises.

How the Program Works

Over 8 weeks, I’ll guide you through three movements:

1. Learn the Truth That Sets You Free

Discover what panic really is, why worry lingers, and what God’s Word says about your anxious thoughts.

2. Practice New Patterns of Peace

Through live group coaching, biblical reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to take small steps and to respond to fear with calm courage.

3. Grow in Community and Courage

You’ll walk alongside other Christian women who understand your struggle. Together, you’ll share victories, pray for one another, and grow in lasting confidence.

Why This Program Is Different

Many programs only offer techniques. Panic Free Group Coaching offers transformation—rooted in Christ and science.

This isn’t about positive thinking or “managing” anxiety. It’s about real renewal in the mind, strengthened faith in the heart, and walking free because God is with you.

Who Is Dr. Lucy Ann Moll?

In case you didn’t know, I’m Dr. Lucy Ann Moll 😉— an anxiety coach, a biblical counselor, and an author. For years, I’ve walked with Christian women who feel trapped by fear, worry, panic, and intrusive thoughts.

This calling is personal. I know firsthand what panic feels like. I’ve shared my own story on podcasts and in my minibook Help! I Get Panic Attacks (Shepherd Press). What I once feared would undo me, God has used to equip me to help others.

Today, my joy is guiding women through Scripture, practical tools, and compassionate coaching so they can move from surviving to truly living. I believe no woman should have to fight fear alone — and through Panic Free Group Coaching, you don’t have to.

💌 An Invitation

As Jesus promised:

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. — John 14:27
