What’s Inside Panic to Peace Coaching?

And Why Understanding Fear Changes Everything

Are your fear habits quietly fueling panic, worry, or intrusive thoughts?

For many women, panic doesn’t arrive out of nowhere. It slowly reshapes routines, decisions, and confidence—until life feels smaller than it used to.

Consider these familiar stories.

The executive assistant

She was driving home from the law firm when it happened.
Her chest tightened. Her vision blurred. One terrifying thought took over: What if I’m going crazy?

That first panic attack changed everything. Now she avoids the freeway, taking backroads that add thirty minutes to her drive. Fear quietly rewrote her routine.

The teacher

Another woman stands in front of her fifth graders. She loves teaching—but lately, she dreads the classroom.

One thought loops in her mind: What if I get lightheaded and faint in front of them?

The fear steals her focus, drains her energy, and leaves her bracing for the next wave of panic.

The stay-at-home mom

And then there’s the mom at the soccer field. Her six-year-old son is beaming, waving for her to watch.

But she’s gripped by fear of wide-open spaces. Too many Saturdays, she stays home and tells her family she’s “not feeling well.”

Her son plays without her cheering. Her husband grows discouraged. Guilt tightens its grip.

Different women.
Different fears.
But the same prison: panic, anxiety, worry, intrusive thoughts.

If you recognize yourself in any of these stories—even partially—please hear this:

You’re not broken. And this doesn’t have to be the end of your story.

What Is Panic to Peace Coaching?

Panic to Peace Coaching is an 8-week, Christ-centered, neuro-informed group coaching program for women who are ready for more than reassurance or symptom management.

It’s for women who want to understand fear—and learn how to respond to it differently.

You might be:

  • the capable, high-achieving woman who holds everything together but lies awake with worry

  • or the quieter woman who longs to step out from under fear’s shadow and live with more freedom

Either way, this program was created for women who are tired of organizing their lives around fear.

This is not about quick fixes or empty promises.
It’s about walking forward—steadily, wisely, and with support—toward the peace Jesus promises.

How Panic to Peace Coaching Works

Over 8 weeks, we go through three intentional movements.

1. Learn the Truth That Brings Clarity

You’ll learn what panic actually is, why fear feels so convincing, and how the fear cycle keeps anxiety alive.

We’ll bring Scripture and understanding together—so you’re no longer fighting what you don’t understand.

2. Practice New Responses to Fear

Through live group coaching, biblical reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to take small, courageous steps toward what fear has kept you avoiding.

Not forcefully.
Not perfectly.
But consistently and wisely.

3. Grow in Community and Courage

Fear thrives in isolation. Courage grows in community.

You’ll walk alongside other Christian women who understand this struggle. Together, you’ll share progress, pray, and practice responding to fear in a new way.

Why Panic to Peace Coaching Is Different

Many programs focus on techniques alone.
Panic to Peace Coaching focuses on transformation—rooted in Christ and informed by the understanding of how the mind and body actually work.

This isn’t about positive thinking.
It’s not about “managing” anxiety.

It’s about renewed thinking, strengthened faith, and learning to walk forward even when fear shows up.

About Dr. Lucy

I’m Dr. Lucy Ann Moll—a certified biblical counselor, anxiety coach, and author who has spent years walking with women who feel trapped by panic, fear, and intrusive thoughts.

This work is personal to me. I know firsthand what panic feels like. What I once feared would undo me, God has used to equip me to help others.

I’ve shared my story on podcasts and in my minibook Help! I Get Panic Attacks (Shepherd Press). Today, my joy is guiding women through Scripture, practical tools, and compassionate coaching so they can move from surviving to truly living.

No woman should have to fight fear alone—and in Panic to Peace Coaching, you don’t have to.

A Gentle Invitation

Enrollment is open for the next Panic to Peace Coaching cohort.

If you’re ready to stop organizing your life around fear and begin responding with clarity, courage, and faith, I’d be honored to walk with you.

As Jesus promised:

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you… Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
— John 14:27
