This week at my Facebook page, here was the weekly question: What Contributes to Your Fatigue?
The answers amazed me, especially 2 through 5.
The top 5 Friday vote-getters:
1. Staying up late and not getting enough sleep: 43 votes.
2. Poor sleep quality: 28 votes.
“I dread the bed,” says Linda, “as it means sleeping on my trigger points and tossing from side to side.”
3. Chronic illness: 26 votes.
“I have to lie down 18 hours a day because my torso is so weak from MS,” says Judith.
4. Over-committed and trying to cram too much in to each day: 15 votes.
5. Not getting enough exercise: 14 votes.
Other answers included hot flashes, worry about finances, people-pleasing, and eating sugary foods. Altogether there were 191 votes.

Yes sleep seems to be something most of us need more of and exercise as well. Also better time management seems to be needed . I know for myself I procrastinate until I have a deadline to meet, then I try to cram alot in when, I could have worked on it in little manageable chunks! Sorry about the long run on sentence!
I feel for the folks who have chronic pain and its effect on sleep. We’ve all had sleepless nights but day after day? I pray God gives deep rest to everyone who suffers chronic pain.
