Jesus LOVES to bless you, his precious daughter. Hear 4 ways.

Jesus blesses you in far more than four ways. Did you know that? I hope so.

The fact that you are reading this now means you can see and breathe, and your heart beats. And you have a computer or smart phone too. These are several more blessings of the tens of thousands of blessings He gives you because he loves you. Amazing, just amazing, our great God! Listen:

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who have blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 1:3

Did you note the word I emphasized in bold type? Every?! Yes, you have every spiritual blessing now. Present tense, my sweet friend.

Here are four more God wants you to know:

1. The Lord created you.

Your being is a blessing from God. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14

2. You are chosen.

God blesses you in choosing you. “The Lord has chosen you for his treasured possession.” Deuteronomy 14:2

3. The Lord celebrates you.

Your very existence is reason for God to rejoice and sing, and to bless you. “He [the Lord] will take great delight in you. He will rejoice over you with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

4. You are cherished.

God blesses you in cherishing you. “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” Jeremiah 31:3

Created, chosen, celebrated, and cherished — these are four blessings you have received in Christ. May I encourage you to meditate, or think on, these verses? As you think about the truths of your blessings in Christ, your love and trust in God deepens. As your love and trust deepens, you’ll sense His peace and know contentment, even in difficult times.
